About On the Pulse Clinic
If you live with pain, fatigue, poor sleep, chronic illness or loss of vision, it can feel as if your world is getting smaller. You push through your day, but life feels heavier than it should. Maybe you have tried medications, supplements or lifestyle changes and still feel as if you are only getting by rather than moving forward.
You are not the problem. The approach you were given simply was not tailored to your physiology.
People often arrive here when they are worn out from managing symptoms or unsure where to turn next. Many have been told to accept a reduced quality of life. That is rarely the full story. Your body can improve when given precise care, clear guidance and the right blend of therapies.
This is the focus at On the Pulse Clinic. Care that is practical, evidence informed and designed to help you feel stronger, clearer and more capable in your daily life.
Why I understand your situation
My name is Sinéad Dee. Before specialising in acupuncture, herbal medicine and integrative care, I spent years working as a practice nurse while managing type 1 diabetes. I understand how quickly pain, chronic illness or nervous system strain can make daily life difficult. I also understand the difference it makes when your physiology begins to work more efficiently.
My own health journey encouraged me to look beyond short term solutions. I trained extensively in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Medical Pulse Diagnosis, nutrition and nervous system physiology. Over time I saw the same pattern repeatedly. When a person’s system is supported in the right way and in the right order, they move more easily, think more clearly and feel more like themselves. Calm physiology leads to a calm mind.
This shapes the approach I use in clinic.
How I help
At On the Pulse Clinic, treatment plans are tailored to your individual presentation. I combine acupuncture, herbal formulas created in the correct blend, clinical nutrition and nervous system support to help your system work synchronistically rather than in survival mode.
This approach suits people who want steady, practical improvement rather than short lived relief. Many clients report improved mobility, less pain, clearer thinking, better sleep and a greater sense of ease in daily life. Many arrive feeling stuck at a two and gradually move closer to an eight.
My approach
You will not find vague concepts or overstatements here. I specialise in supporting people with
• eye conditions including macular degeneration and glaucoma
• longstanding pain
• chronic inflammation
• fatigue
• stress and nervous system overload
• complex health histories or multiple diagnoses
Everything here serves one purpose. Helping you move beyond symptom management toward better health.
If you feel your health has been holding you back
There is always a next step. Your first visit includes a full medical history and a Medical Pulse Diagnosis. This lets me assess how your system is functioning and determine whether acupuncture, herbal medicine or a combined approach is the most suitable path forward.
You are welcome to book an initial appointment and begin that process.
