I don't have burnout. I'm just tired.

Burnout: Why “Tired All the Time” Is Not Normal

Burnout has almost become accepted as a normal part of modern life.
We even soften our words to make it sound less serious, as though it is just something that “happens” to us. It makes it easier for us, and those around us, to swallow.

What Burnout Feels Like

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • I am tired all the time

  • My body aches

  • I can’t think straight

  • I can’t sleep

  • I am busy all the time but don’t get much done

  • I feel frustrated and don’t know why

  • I can’t make decisions easily

  • I question myself constantly

  • My concentration is gone

  • I feel wired but have no energy

  • I can’t switch off

  • I get emotional for no reason

  • I feel anxious without knowing why

These are all signs of burnout.

“Burnout is not just being tired. It is your whole system running on empty.”

Why Change Feels Impossible

When someone suggests you might be experiencing burnout, you might immediately rationalise how you feel and talk about the changes you are going to make.

Deep down, you know those changes will not happen. Not because you don’t want to, but because you simply don’t have the energy to start.

A Different Approach

I run Zentastic 6-Week Acupuncture with Mental Fitness Training Courses, designed specifically with you in mind.

  • Acupuncture supports your physical recovery, calms the nervous system, strengthens the immune system, and reduces inflammation.

  • Mental fitness training, via a daily app, gives you simple exercises that instantly calm your mind, sharpen your focus, lift your energy, and help you reconnect with joy.

“Acupuncture restores the body. Mental fitness restores the mind. Together, they give you the energy to live fully again.”

Lasting Benefits

When combined, acupuncture and mental fitness bring you to a place where you feel stronger, calmer, and genuinely happier. You gain tools you can keep using long after the course ends, enabling you to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Burnout is not inevitable. With the right support, you can restore balance, energy, and joy to your everyday life.

Note: I am not currently running the Mental Fitness Courses.
I now offer 10-week acupuncture programs for stress and anxiety, designed to restore energy, calm the nervous system, and build resilience in a sustainable way.
